Billy a1bb4fd78d Started implementing actual function for add.html 
Working on sending data to the backend and actually doing something with
it.

Billy e84d75e07f Added more content to the add page. 
Also moved the add.js file to the new static
folder to align with how flask projects should be
laid out.
